Who is North East Event Hire?

We’re North East Event Hire, a proudly local, hands-on team with a passion for bringing events to life. Whether you’re hosting 50 guests or 5,000, we’ve got the kit, the crew, and the experience to make it happen—smoothly, safely, and without the stress.

With over 10 years’ experience and more than 200 successful events under our belt, we know what works and how to deliver under pressure. Our team is made up of practical problem-solvers who genuinely care about your event—and it shows in everything we do.

We provide everything you need to build an unforgettable event from the ground up. From tables, chairs, and fencing, to tipi tents, container bars, toilets, roller rinks and more—we own and manage all our stock in-house, which means you get reliable service, flexible solutions, and one point of contact from start to finish.

Need something custom? No problem. We also design and build bespoke 20ft and 40ft containers for bars, kitchens, ticket booths and more—tailored to your event needs.
